Our Guarantee and Returns Policy
People Tree products are made with great care and skill, so we hope that you are pleased with your purchase and will enjoy wearing these handcrafted items.
If you would like to return an item for a refund or to request a replacement then please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange underwear or earrings for reason of hygiene, unless they are faulty.
You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase we will refund your total purchase amount.
How to return:
1. Wrap the unused item in its original see through bag
2. Complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery
3. Send it to the address given on the Returns Form. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage
Goods are returned to People Tree at your expense (except, of course, if the goods are faulty). Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates (again, except where we have made a mistake). None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
