Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can not exchange underwear or earrings for reason of hygiene, unless they are faulty. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and send it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging by secure delivery to the address given on the returns form. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

Goods are returned to People Tree at your own expense. We can not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at People Tree’s expense. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.

Trade Description

Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of the products means that there may be slight variation in colour or size.

Christmas Gift Returns and Exchanges

Our usual returns policy does not give the recipient much time to exchange items, so we have a special arrangement for Christmas gifts. Gifts bought between 1st October and 21st December can be exchanged by the recipient if they are returned by 15th January 2010. (We cannot refund goods returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.)
