Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can not exchange underwear or earrings for reason of hygiene, unless they are faulty. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and send it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging by secure delivery to the address given on the returns form. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
Goods are returned to People Tree at your own expense. We can not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at People Tree’s expense. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
