We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £70.

UNITED KINGDOM

United Kingdom includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands

Standard Delivery: Delivery is by Royal Mail first class. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Postage and packaging costs £4.50 on orders up to £70 and is FREE for orders over £70.

Express Delivery: For UK orders only. For an additional £5 and if you order before 11:30 am, we will deliver within one business day to an address in the UK. A signature will be required. Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is not available. Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland can take up to 2 working days.

EUROPE

European Union includes Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We also deliver to Switzerland and Norway at European Union prices.

Europe Standard Delivery: Delivery is by Royal Mail. Europe standard delivery takes up to 12 working days. Postage and packaging costs £9.50.

Europe Courrier Delivery: Courier delivery takes 3-6 working days and requires a signature. Postage and packaging costs £9.50.

For Switzerland and Norway: You may have to pay duty and VAT when the goods are delivered, and the carrier may charge you an admin fee also for customs clearance. If you want to choose Courier delivery to these countries which are not part of the EU, please contact our Customer Service to place your order.

People Tree delivers to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

World Standard Delivery:Delivery is by Royal Mail. World Standard Delivery takes up to 2 weeks. Postage and packaging costs £9.50.

World Courier Delivery: World Courier Delivery takes up to 5 days. Postage and packaging costs £40.

Please note the following for International Deliveries:

• You may have to pay duty and VAT when the goods are delivered and the carrier may charge you an admin fee also for customs clearance.
• If you want to choose Courier delivery to these countries which are not part of the EU, please contact Customer Service to place your order.
• We can exchange goods delivered abroad, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.
• Standard delivery parcels are not tracked.
• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions. Your credit card provider will apply the conversion rate at the time of the transaction. Any refunds we make will be in GBP and are likely to be at a different rate to the original transaction.
• Standard delivery charges may not apply to parcels over 5kg and customers may be contacted after payment for additional postal charges.
