If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, personal customer service and aim to make returns as easy as possible.
Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. We cannot exchange earrings for reason of hygiene unless they are faulty. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose in the package. Can't find the Returns Form? You can download and print a new UK Returns Form here. To exchange a product, please fill in the details for the exchange on the Returns Form. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product, so please be sure to tell us why you are returning it.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item.

People Tree has partnered with Collect Plus to make returns for our United Kingdom as convenient as possible. There are Collect+ drop points in over 5500 stores across the UK, most of which are open until late, 7 days a week. This means you can return your items at a time and a place that suits you.
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to People Tree at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
