OUR RETURNS POLICY
People Tree products are made with great care and skill, so we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Athough we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the unique, hand crafted nature of our products means there may be slight variations in colour or size.
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings for reason of hygiene unless they are faulty. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the distance selling regulation we will refund your total purchase amount.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery. You can download and print a new Returns Form here. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product, so please be sure to fill in the returns form in full.
Goods are returned to People Tree at your expense, unless the goods are faulty or we have sent an incorrect item. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0845 450 4595 to obtain a free post address.
If exchanging for the same item in a different size or colour, then we will not charge further outgoing post. If you are exchanging for a new item, standard postage rates will apply.
UK RETURNS BY ROYAL MAIL
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item.

UK RETURNS BY COLLECT+
People Tree has partnered with Collect Plus to make returns for our United Kingdom as convenient as possible. There are Collect+ drop points in over 4500 stores across the UK, most of which are open until late, 7 days a week. This means you can return your items at a time and a place that suits you.
- Find your nearest Collect+ store by texting COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (texts are charged at your standard network rate) or by visiting Collect Plus
- Complete the Collect+ returns label included with your delivery and attach it to your parcel. If you have lost your label you can print a new one here. You will need your order reference
- Take your parcel to one of over 4500 stores offering Collect+. You will receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.
RETURNS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to People Tree at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
