As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we undertake a regular social review. We believe the best way to do this is to ask our stakeholders how we are doing. We sent out in depth surveys to our head office staff, Producer partners, key stakeholders, ecommerce and wholesale customers. The results were analysed to see what we are doing well, what we can improve on and what we need to prioritise.
